Concert review Lenny Kravitz / Aerosmith

musicJan 16, 2006 1 min read

I attended the Lenny Kravitz / Aerosmith concert last night, and had a fun-filled evening. The show started with Lenny Kravitz taking the stage and cranking out an electrified version of "Where we are runnin". Lenny continued jamming away in Lenny style, and played numerous hits such as "American Women," "Can't get you off my mind," "Believe," "Lady" and "Fly away." When Lenny played "Let Love Rule," he came out into the crowd to stir people up, and headed back to center stage to end his set with "Are You Gonna Go My Way." His set list was awesome, and Lenny was definitely having fun jamming! Once Lenny finished his set and walked off stage, the stage crew prepped the stage for Aerosmith…

Concert review U2

It seems like yesterday that I purchased War on casette tape to listen to Sunday Bloody Sunday. War was a great album, Sunday Bloody Sunday was an awesome tune, and I eventually wore out the casette tape! Concert review Nine Inch Nails

musicOct 28, 2005 1 min

I have always liked Trent Reznor and the Nine Inch Nails, and wanted to see how they were live. I finally got my chance last night, and can report back that the concert was incredible. The lighting was awesome, the setlist was arranged perfectly, and the crowd was definitely into the show! If I had to pick a favorite moment from last night, it would either be when Trent came onstage alone to play "Hurt," or when they closed with "Head like a Hole!" What an awesome show!!!!

Jerry Cantrell's Boogy Depot CD

musicOct 16, 2005 1 min

I am a huge Alice In Chains fan, and have followed their lead guitarist Jery Cantrell since the band parted ways. I recently picked up Jerry's Boogy Depot CD, and am kicking myself for not purchasing this album sooner! This album is incredible, and I think "My Song" and "Cut You In" are two of his best works ever. If you like Alice In Chains, I highly recommend picking up this CD.
