Slides from my centralized logging and syslog-ng presentation

I gave a talk tonight on syslog-ng, and how it can be used to build a centralized logging infrastructure. If you are interesting in learning more about how to deploy syslog-ng and create a centralized logging infrastructure, you might be interested in the slides I used during my talk. I would like to thank everyone who came out! It was a bunch of fun!

Hi Matty

Thanks for the nice slides.
Do you have a recommendation for a Windows to Syslog programm?

Hi Matty, this is a really nice overview of syslog-ng, many thanks for it.

@Mario: syslog-ng also has a commercial version, which includes a windows agent (called syslog-ng Agent for Windows) for forwarding messages to a central linux/unix syslog-ng server. If you are not restricted to open source tools, you might want to take a look at it.

Hi Matty,

Unfortunately the slides don’t show correctly on my PC. (For each slide I see the top left hand quarter of it, and the rest is blank). Any chance you could double check that the slides are correct, and it’s just my crappy machine?
